Mark did a fantastic job from start to finish. Was very. Helpful in all aspects from helping find the value of our house, listing the house, and guiding through the entire sales process. Mark is fantastic to work with, we got luck and happened upon one of his listings. He showed us the home, and then offered to show some other options. We were from Austin and in Lubbock for the weekend, Mark took us to several homes and there was no pressure to buy his listing at all. After some consideration we made an offer and Mark was with us every step of the way, super helpful, always available for questions. Even a month after we closed Mark was available for questions, and recommendations on local repair men. Mark is very professional and we would recommend him for anyone buying or selling a home.

Mark McMillan is WONDERFUL to work with! You'd be hard pressed to find someone as kind and helpful as he is. He truly cares about each and every one of his clients. He helped us buy our very first home in Levelland in 2017. With his help, we were able to get the house when 3 other offers had been submitted on the same day. When it was time for us to sell our home in 2021, he was able to secure us a cash offer that allowed us to move forward buying another property in a difficult market for buyers. As we were getting ready to list, he helped us get everything in order, house cleaned, repairs done, and said a prayer with us before hitting the road. He prayed for us and for whoever was supposed to make that house a home next. I really can't say enough awesome things about Mark! If you're needing a realtor, look no further! We love Mark!! He was awesome to work with! He helped us find a house in a crazy housing market. Mark worked with us and helped us through an odd closing situation and even though it was the holiday season he made sure we were taken care of through the whole process!
