She made a very difficult, cumbersome and often times, emotional process, hands down stress-free. She flawlessly executed each obstacle (including our first potential buyer who is a local celebrity), expertly managed and mitigated multiple challenges with preparing for the inspection despite a relatively new construction, proactively coordinated with the construction office, sales office, both buyer/ seller attorneys, and HOA to ensure all items were addressed and resolved way in advance of the closing, all the while working on multiple deals with other buyers and sellers in tandem. Vera was nothing short of patient, persistent, and kind throughout our home search process (and it was a long one). She is extremely knowledgeable and was not willing to let us settle for a home that wasn't exactly what we wanted.
This process would not have been as smooth without her guiding us through the process. We are extremely grateful for her and all she has done for us the past year. We are so excited to start our new chapter in the perfect home thanks to her!

I met Vera about a year ago and at that time I was unsure if I actually wanted to sell my home. I looked at homes for a while and was unable to find one that suited my needs. Vera was professional and knowledgeable from the very beginning. What I was very much impressed with is the fact that Vera didn't pressure me to list my home or try to sell me anything just to close a sale. I appreciated that she gave me time to figure out what I wanted to do and didn't rush me through the process. When I finally did make the decision to move and list my home, there wasn't a question that Vera was the perfect person to list my home and find me a new dream home. Unfortunately, the process was a lengthy one, but Vera stuck by me and wouldn't allow me to settle just for any home. She was available early mornings, evenings and weekends to take calls and answer any questions that I had. She was dedicated to getting my home sold and went above and beyond to ensure that my home was marketed properly to get it sold quickly. Not only would I recommend Vera to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home, but I also consider her more than just my realtor, I consider her a friend. I would highly recommend Vera to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Vera was very in tune to our needs and helped guide us every step of the way. Trying to coordinate the sale of one home, and the purchase of another can be a very stressful process, but Vera knew just how to handle those stressful times for us which made the process more enjoyable. As a Howell resident, and an experienced real estate professional, Vera’s knowledge and expertise of the local market is second to none. She was able to get us top dollar for our sale, and negotiate a fair deal on our purchase. Vera was amazing and a dream to work with from day one when we first contacted her all the way until closing. Vera Ellison was a God sent that helped us to get our dream home when all hopes was completely lost. Vera went above and beyond to ensure we got the house exactly at the asking price without waving appraisal and inspection. Vera and her team worked very hard and see to it that we close in 2 weeks as requested by the seller. We couldn't ask for a better realtor, She is the BEST REALTOR to work with. We recently purchased a home through Tricia and thoroughly enjoyed working with her through out the process. Which was very much needed because my husband just so happen to leave during our closing for military training and I was alone for the last part of this process.
