Michelle is the best. She's so easy to work with, kind, and caring but also a straightforward and no nonsense advocate when working with other agents. She has been our family's seller's agent three times (two as estate sales) and buyer's agent once. The properties she sold for us were all unique and required her sustained effort over several months each time to find the right buyer. She was immediately responsive every time and kept on top of everything and made sure the transactions went smoothly. Her knowledge helped us avoid mistakes and price the properties correctly to maximize showings and financial return. She's a tenacious negotiator as well. We would never use anyone but Michelle for real estate transactions.

Contacted Vera's firm while searching for a home in Freehold, NJ. She offered to meet us at a home we were planning to see at an open house that we had seen online. That was the start of what turned out to be a very successful meeting. We liked the home, the price was right, and Vera was there at the right time to get it going. We made an offer later the same day, it was accepted the next day. She put together a complete team to guide us through the entire process - lawyer, home inspector, title, etc. and, along with our mortgage lender who worked to expedite its approval, we closed in less than a month! Great experience in a very difficult environment and Vera made it happen!
