Karina is absolutely wonderful to work with. She took the time to listen, and to understand what my needs were from my new home (transit, bedrooms, storage etc), my price point, and what my aesthetic tastes were. She then targeted homes that fit the profile i was seeking. When touring homes she pointed out defects or things that she noticed that i would want to consider. I never felt pressured to go higher on my offer, nor to go outside of my budget. She was available to make same-day offers even if it meant working late. After my purchase she also helped with referrals to contractors, cleaning people, etc. She is a gem and I highly recommend her.
