Lana is a true gem! I’m leaving my home state of California for the first time in my life and I’ve been so incredibly nervous in this home buying process. After our first phone call with Lana we knew we were going to choose her to help us buy a home. She’s gone above and beyond for us the entire time! From touring multiple properties and sending us videos, to giving us the most helpful advice(we had no idea what we were doing), and even after us closing she still is there for us with any questions or help we need. She’s even looking after the house for us until we arrive since we’re out of state. 100% would recommend Lana over and over again!

Lana was amazing from day one. We bought a house in Biloxi, while still living in San Diego. I had done a lot of reaching out to other realtors in the area before someone recommended Lana. The other realtors never followed up or seemed ro care. Lana cared from minute one amd made us feel like we were her only clients. She did everything we asked her amd put in extra effort, every step of the way. She is so knowledgeable and such a sweet person. 100 percent recommend using Lana. She will make it easy and effortless for you.

Lana is amazing!! As a first time homebuyers, she answered all our questions and made sure we had all the information to make the important decision. Always completed everything in a timely manner. She is so thoughtful and sweet.. highly recommend!

I can't sing enough praises about Lana. From the first time she messaged me about us looking for a rental or to buy she was so very helpful from the beginning. Also I have to say she made conversation and got to know my family instead of just trying to make a sale. Lana went above and beyond for my family to help us buy a house and I am forever grateful for her help and insight on the whole process of buying a home.

I've always heard that first time home buying can be a bit stressful. That was not the case for my wife and I with Lana. She really helped to ease the process, kept us informed through each phase of home buying, and did everything under her power to answer all our questions. Lana was absolutely amazing. She embodies what it means to be a relator who is really there for the client. She went out her way endlessly to make sure our sale and purchase went as smoothly as possible, even though difficult roadblocks. Lana always puts the client's needs first. If you are looking for a realtor who will have your back through the entire buying/selling process, she is the realtor for you. I would absolutely use her services for any real estate needs in the future.

Lana went above and beyond. We were only in town for a short period of time to pick out our lot for our new build and make upgrade selections. My husband then went on deployment and I went to stay with family in another state. She was present for the rest of the appointments on our behalf and couldn't have made this a smoother process. My husband purchased a house before we were married but I have not, so this was my first time buying and I had to do pretty much all of it on my own, but I wasn't even on my own because I had her guiding me! Lana checked in on things for us that didn't even really have to do with her (and she didn't have to do at all), which is why I say she goes above and beyond! She answered all of my silly questions and gave helpful insight. I cannot say enough good things about her. I don't know why any one wouldn't work with her! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. SHE IS THE BEST!

I couldn’t recommend Lana enough. We were out of state buyers and she made the process so seamless for us. That’s something you need in a realtor, especially sight unseen.
If you are looking for a realtor in the southern MS area, don’t hesitate to reach out to her. You won’t regret it!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Lana….but I’ll try! First and foremost, we were looking for a home in Mississippi while located in Ohio. Not an easy task, but right off the bat Lana gave us access to flexMLS along with guidance on how to use it effectively. She then diligently worked on setting up home viewings within a small window in which I was able to travel to Mississippi. She consolidated, researched, and answered questions on all of our homes of interest. All I had to do was show up and make a choice. She communicated with us frequently as we deliberated our big decision. There was not a single request or question she didn’t handle in a timely manner. When we had an opportunity to jump on the home we wanted, she was immediately available, facilitating our application process, enabling us to move quickly and secure the home. All in all, a potentially stressful endeavor turned out to be very easy and enjoyable thanks to Lana. I highly recommend Lana to help find your next home!

Lana was amazing, from start to finish. As I was walking around looking at the houses, so was she. She put the heart into it as if it was her purchase also. She also helped me to where I received money at closing instead of giving money. And the updates were on time, the check-ins and questions answered, she made this so smooth for my family and I. I don’t think there is another realtor on the Coast that can give the attention and time that this process needs like Lana. And if you say there is another realtor her name must be Lana Gigeous!!!! Lana was incredible to work with from the Day 1 of our home buying journey! My husband and I were both moving from different states and she was there for us each step of the way. She was accommodating to our schedules and provided excellent guidance through each step of the process. My husband was able to view homes as he arrived in our destination state first; Lana was willing to do everything in her power to make the transition easy and stress free. She made herself available to facetime and call if we needed her to. She was knowledgeable and eager to get the information we needed to us. I could not have gone through this process without her help and expertise. She has gone above and beyond with any questions I had (I had A LOT as a first-time home buyer), and she was always so pleasant and quick.
