Crystal and her team were amazing and always went above and beyond!! We highly recommend them when looking to buy or sell a house. During the process, we lived in a different state, and Crystal walked us through the home buying process and helped us learn the area. This allowed us to look for homes that would fit our family and be near the local schools, shopping centers, etc. Her team was always willing to go look at houses for us and answer any questions we had. When we were able to visit for a few days, her team made sure we saw all of the houses we wanted to view and helped us learn the different neighborhoods and locations. Being a military family we relocate every few years and this was by far the easiest move/transition for our family. Working with Crystal was a 10/10!!

Danielle was very nice to work with. She was very proactive in the process of selling my current home. She responded promptly to my questions as soon as she was able. One thing that she did that caught my attention was when she had the signage put up in my front lawn, she was very detail oriented on the placement of the signs as far as being straight, location, professional, and inviting. I would definitely ask Danielle to assist me in the future and would highly recommend others to do the same.

Crystal Boggs and her team are who you should hire when looking to purchase a home in Vancleave or neighboring areas. We live in Idaho so we flew to Mississippi to meet Crystal and to tour several homes she found for us. We were impressed with how she picked up immediately on what we liked and didn't like about these homes. We returned to Idaho and Crystal kept watch for the perfect home. It didn't take long and when she called to tell us she had a home she'd like for us to consider, it was perfect! We actually found Jackie through her YouTube videos where she talked about the "Secret Coast" and showcased properties along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Her energy, knowledge, and passion for the area really stood out to us. When we met her in person, we quickly realized she is exactly the same—genuine, hardworking, and truly cares about her clients.

Our plan was to evaluate three areas for a beach condo: Destin/PCB, the East Coast of Florida, and the Mississippi Gulf Coast (which was our wildcard). We had already spent time in Destin and New Smyrna Beach and done a lot of research—but we wanted to explore Mississippi first.

We came in with a list of nearly 20 properties, which is no small task. Jackie didn't hesitate. She organized an entire day of showings and took us seriously from the start. Many agents might have pushed back on that kind of request—but not Jackie.

After a full day of touring, she helped us narrow things down, revisit top choices, and really think through what fit us best. At the same time, we fell in love with the area—the continuous beachfront, the history, and the amount of development happening made it clear this area is on the rise.
