I would highly recommend using Lana as your real estate agent. Lana was present throughout the entire process to provide any assistance needed. I have bought several houses, and I've never had a more seamless transaction. Lana anticipated every possible scenario and had a solution for all. Lana made regular visits during construction and sent pictures of the progress. Every scheduled date was met, and some were completed ahead of schedule. The closing was smooth and set a record for the time it took to complete. I wouldn't hesitate to use Lana again and have already recommended her to another buyer.

She handled grown adult tantrums, indecisiveness, and first-time homebuyer meltdowns like a champ. She never once made us feel like we were wrong or stupid and taught us a lot of valuable lessons along the way.
