10/10 Recommend working with the best realtor in all of Mississippi! The work and dedication Lana put into helping us find a home is UNMATCHED! We were in the unfortunate situation where we had to buy “virtually” and if anyone can do it, it’s Lana! She made us feel like we were right there in every home with her. She made video walk throughs, she sent detailed messages and the most important thing, she gave her honest opinion on every property! She was able to not only get us a new home but she made it simple and painless. We are so lucky and fortunate to call her our realtor and our friend! You can’t go wrong when choosing Lana!

Being a military family we were not able to be in the area when purchasing our home. Lana did an absolutely amazing job keeping us informed about the houses we were looking at. Very responsive and answered any and all questions we had! I would absolutely recommend anyone in the area and looking for a house, without a doubt, go through Lana!

Lana was amazing, from start to finish. As I was walking around looking at the houses, so was she. She put the heart into it as if it was her purchase also. She also helped me to where I received money at closing instead of giving money. And the updates were on time, the check-ins and questions answered, she made this so smooth for my family and I. I don’t think there is another realtor on the Coast that can give the attention and time that this process needs like Lana. And if you say there is another realtor her name must be Lana Gigeous!!!! Thank you a million times over for what u have done for my family and I!!!

Lana was incredible to work with from the Day 1 of our home buying journey! My husband and I were both moving from different states and she was there for us each step of the way. She was accommodating to our schedules and provided excellent guidance through each step of the process. My husband was able to view homes as he arrived in our destination state first; Lana was willing to do everything in her power to make the transition easy and stress free. She made herself available to facetime and call if we needed her to. She was knowledgeable and eager to get the information we needed to us. I could not have gone through this process without her help and expertise. She has gone above and beyond with any questions I had (I had A LOT as a first-time home buyer), and she was always so pleasant and quick. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in the area and would love to work with her in the future to to sell when we are ready. She's a professional that I would recommend to my closest family & friends!

Our family was moving to Mississippi from out of state and we were first time home buyers so we were really nervous about the whole buying process. Lana did such an amazing job of guiding us through the whole process while taking videos, pictures, and facetiming with us to make sure we knew everything about each home. She is so easy to communicate with and if you have a question she will get back to you ASAP. She will go out of her way to make sure you get exactly what you need. We highly recommend Lana for anyone who is looking for a new home!

Lana did an outstanding job for my family and myself. She was extremely responsive and looked at many houses for us, and kept hard at it after our financing fell through on our first offer to buy. She ultimately got us into a dream home for our family, and at a good deal that met our budget in this high market. Our closing on our previous home got delayed a lot and left us here in Mississippi for an extra unplanned week before we could close here and get into our new home, but Lana was constantly checking in on us and helped us a lot with our new home. Lana made a painful moving experience way more pleasant. Will definitely call her again if we need to buy or sell.

Lana was absolutely amazing from day 1. We were not sure if we were going to buy or live in base housing, she let us know about the market, how long the process would take, etc. I never felt pressured to buy a house from her. She was available to answer any questions I had from the start. She did a fantastic job scheduling showings and sending videos and pictures of every house we wanted to see. Did I mention she did all of this while we were in another state? She helped relieve the stress of buying a house "sight unseen".
If you are ever in Biloxi or the surrounding area(or not and you are looking to move there), Lana is your realtor!!!

She looked at and took photos/videos of over a dozen houses, gave us information/recommendations on a dozen more all while we were living in Maryland. My girlfriend found Lana as our realtor and I'm so grateful for it!! Lana is probably the most knowledgeable realtor I've ever worked with and super helpful getting everything handled. She's very punctual and sends a bunch of emails with resources you'll need as well as documents to sign promptly. She made me feel welcome to the area and I can't recommend a better realtor for a smooth experience!!

Lana went above and beyond to tour homes virtually for us. She always gave us her honest opinions and advice about each home we inquired about. Lana made buying our first home in the middle of a crazy military move an extremely easy and smooth process. She is full of valuable information and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. I could not have asked for a better experience buying a home!

Lana was an excellent help to us in our home buying process. She made each step go very smooth and had an answer for every one of our questions. We moved from Arkansas to Mississippi and Lana went above and beyond and ventured all over southern Mississippi taking videos of each property to give us a better perspective of each house. She was always patient with us and more than happy to accommodate every one of our requests. We will absolutely be asking Lana to be our realtor in the future.

Lana did an amazing job getting us into a home, especially in this hot market! She managed to address all our questions and concerns and was able to deal with everything in a very quick manner. We thought we would never find a home in our budget before the the holidays but we got lucky and were able to move in weeks before Christmas! Her sense of humor and kind words made the home buying process much more bearable!

Lana contacted me through a local page when I was asking about the housing situation here in Gulfport. We ended up using her and she was amazing. She answered every question we had, showed us a few homes and once we went back home, she found the home that was perfect for us. She did a virtual showing and honestly she picked an incredible house for us. I appreciate her speedy communication and her thoughtfulness throughout this stressful purchase. She has even kept up with us after purchasing to see if we needed any additional assistance ad to inquire how things were going with the move in process. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Lana was nothing more than excellent when she helped my family find a home. She was super laid back and easy to talk to. Always listened to our concerns and made sure things happened quickly and efficiently. I won't want to use any one else. I have recommended her to friends/family and will continue to do so!
