I have bought and sold many houses in three states and have never had a better agent. She is honest, a hard worker, and does whatever it takes to get the job done for you. We were planning a move to Richmond from out of state and did not know any agents. Kia was the first agent to respond to an inquiry I placed. She met me at a listed property and immediately impressed me as responsive and a good listener. We gave her very specific search criteria that many agents would have thought too much work to pursue. She went the extra mile for months, actively seeking properties where they rarely came up for sale. She did facetime tours with us when we could not be present to view houses. Kia Stiebel is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. She really care about her clients. Wow! She Made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying and she was my first and only realtor and in less then 3 months we were in our new home. I already knew she was going to guide me in the right direction she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker to cutting that great deal she got for us , she was determined and knew what she was doing .
