Stephanie helped us purchase our first home. For any first time home buyer, the process can be daunting at the least, terrifying at the most. Stephanie consistently put our minds at ease. She was super responsive to our concerns and questions, almost always getting back to us within minutes on questions we had by email or phone, if she didn't have an immediate answer. If she couldn't get to the answer we needed immediately, she filled us in on the process of how she was going about finding the answer: this was for anything related to the offer, mortgage, inspection, additional inspections, and more. It was very obvious that she was there to act in our corner on this entire process. She certainly knows the process well and was a comfort for us. We looked at two houses with Stephanie and she also did a great job pointing out things she was concerned with on the first house and second house that we had not noticed or wouldn't even think to look for. This made it obvious to us that she had a ton of experience in this effort. She also attended every single event, including inspections: maybe this is required, maybe not. But, it was nice to have her there to answer any and all questions we had or to point out additional things worth considering. Lastly, she was incredibly personable and great to be around.
