Moving from New Jersey to Florida is no simple task. Vickie Iverson and her team made finding and purchasing our new home in Florida painless and amazingly quick! Although we often began the day with 6 or 7 properties to review, Vickie was very respectful of Mom's physical limits (a stroke 2 months earlier) and listened carefully to our thoughts and comments, using them to whittle down the days list - asking more questions to fine tune the properties we saw in person.

We saw our new home on Day 9 - which was also Mom's 90th Birthday. We made an offer & crossed our fingers! That evening Vickie called - I woke Mom to tell her "Our offer was accepted! Happy Birthday! We have a new home!" We laughed & cried.
