Steve had his hands full working with me as an out of state buyer and in a 3 hr time zone difference. He was more than willing to go look at a few house for me before I took my first trip and then on my 1st trip spent a full day. I ended up buying a house that he walked me through after seeing it online. The sellers and listing agent were challenging but Steve always had my back. He was there for inspection, appraisal and after purchase to met the pest team. He even did some tidying up around the house and lanai. He was always on top of everything and worked very well with my loan officer. Very thankful to have Steve

I was so grateful to have Steve on the FL side of my Michigan client's transaction. He was very easy to work with and to coordinate all the many, many pieces of a bi-state and multi-deal closing process. Moving is such an emotional stress as a senior single woman .
The relocation to new condo with many personal belongings and furniture went so smoothly., basically due to to his co operation .
Steve always answered phone calls and his understanding helped ease any concerns I had .. If you need a Realestate Agent that goes beyond the norm , Steve is the one you should work with .

There are so many positive things i can say about Steve DiTusa! He is very thorough and cares about details that someone else may easily overlook. His quick replies and answers to our many questions made our purchase smoother than we could have ever expected. Considering our purchase took place in the midst of the holiday week, he was always available to us and went above and beyond during the entire process. Amazing!!! We live in Wisconsin and Steve helped us find our 2nd home in Florida. He is a Class act from start to finish! Steve made sure we had all the latest listings every day, He always kept in touch via phone, email, text, or zoom calls. He was available to us anytime day or night for questions or thoughts on a property. When we arrived to look at properties in Sarasota we didn’t have a vehicle but Steve picked us up to show us around the city, look at properties and took us for a little lunch. Steve made us feel very comfortable and we enjoyed the time we spent with him. Once we found a home to put an offer in on Steve took care of everything! He even drove to us where we were for a signature since I did not have my phone with me! Such great service!!!! Through the closing process Steve was also available to answer any questions we had, did our final walk through and met us at closing! Steve was also very helpful in getting us information on a property management
company, names of handymen in the area and info regarding the utility companies.
