I highly recommend Nicole. She is a great Relator. It only took her a couple of months to get me into a new house that I loved. She made everything simplistic. Great negotiating skills with Seller and made all documentation signing easy. Great attitude and easy to work with. She even went out of her way to deliver my earnest money and was sending me homes to look at almost everyday. She gave me great advice and I would recommend her for any first time home buyers or anyone looking to purchase a home.
