I highly recommend Nicole. She is a great Relator. It only took her a couple of months to get me into a new house that I loved. She made everything simplistic. Great negotiating skills with Seller and made all documentation signing easy. Great attitude and easy to work with. She even went out of her way to deliver my earnest money and was sending me homes to look at almost everyday. She gave me great advice and I would recommend her for any first time home buyers or anyone looking to purchase a home. I got into my house with a 1000$ equity during signing in a time where most homes are sold more than what they are worth. I can only say I feel blessed to have had such an awesome realtor!! Nicole and her team were great in this process! She helped us prepare the home before the listing, recommending certain ways to showcase the property before photos were taken.
