So, I was finally ready to sell my home!! I met with several realtors, who were unresponsive to me and did not return calls. Then Katrina was recommended to me and I contacted her. She immediately returned my call and met with me. Her energy, positivity and professionalism told me that this was who I wanted to have help me sell my house!!

Katrina was a pleasure to work with. She was so sweet and kind and caring. This was a really big deal for me, selling the home I raised my five children in and had lived in for 30 years!!! I was quite nervous about how things would work. I had no idea what to expect. The whole process from listing, showing, reviewing offers, accepting offer and so on....inspections and everything else was so smooth. I actually could not believe how easy and seamless things went. Katrina kept me well informed throughout each step.
