I will recommend Damian to anyone I know looking to buy or sell a house. Damian's tried and true strategy was a winning solution for selling my house quickly and at a great price. He's extremely knowledgeable, having worked two sides of the industry in both construction and real estate. He's very responsive in an business that requires hustle and is a master when it comes to negotiation and strategizing. 11/10 would recommend.

Damian was fantastic and got things done and sold for us quickly. He even sat down to explain things to my grandmother so she would be comfortable with the whole process. He really went out of his way. We moved my grandmother to an assisted living complex so selling was a huge priority. He was even able to sell the house before going to market. He is very professional and made this the smoothest transaction I have ever had selling or buying a home. I would recommend him to anyone.

Damian was my Realtor who helped me sell my Auburn home in an expeditious manner. He had a specific strategy and it worked because of his thorough knowledge of Auburn and his expansive real estate background. This move was an extraordinary one since we moved to South Carolina but it encompassed four states. Damian provided us a Realtor in SC as our contact to find our new home out there. Damian was professional, on time, answered all of our questions, gave us excellent advice on home repairs since he was a former General Contractor, friendly, honest, and a great listener. As a first time buyer Damian’s guidance was critical . From helping to understand all the information in the paperwork and negotiating price and sending contacts of people I needed to get ahold of and recommending quality companies to get the work done that I needed to meet the contingencies in the escrow agreement . Damian even drove out to my property the day I had an engineer and county inspector for the perc and mantle test to see where we could place a septic before buying just to make sure everything went smooth for us, and it wasn’t nearby . All around great guy to have on your side . Knowledgeable and friendly and the communication was next level.

Damian was incredibly helpful in helping me find just the right house for me. He is very knowledgeable about the area and gives great advice on every topic I asked him on (snow conditions in certain areas, noise to be expected in certain areas, areas considered highly desirable for resell value, etc). Damian is an extraordinary realtor. He is competent, listens well and is very responsive. His knowledge of the local real estate market was expansive. We met Damian at an open house in Grass Valley as we were beginning to explore the real estate market in the area. We were actually trying to view another property, but got lost and saw the sign for the house he was showing. And we were very lucky that we did! We did not end up moving forward on the house he was showing, but rather proceeded to spend the next few months looking for our dream home, with his assistance. His honest, straightforward approach was just the right style for us, and his extensive knowledge of the region was invaluable.
