We interviewed several agents when we decided to sell our house. Upon interviewing it was clear that Damian was going to be the best choice. All I can say is if you want to sell your home Damian Bautista is the person to call. His knowledge of the real estate market is exceptional. Not only does he list your house for sale he is very active in promoting the sale not with just the MLS but all of social media will see your home advertised. He updates you daily on the progression of marketing. I had this same house listed with another realtor for almost a year. He did not put a lock box on my properties because I finally discovered he only wanted the house to be shown by him. I had the pleasure of working with Damian Bautista from Next Home Realty to purchase my first home, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My situation was not simple, we worked with the Placer County down payment assistance program along with a second lender, which made the process very long but Damian was incredible every step of the way.
