She took care of problems like it was her own property. We would’ve been in deep Doodoo without the help that we got from Starcha. We don’t live in the area so when problems popped up, she handled them for us which was awesome and saved a lot of driving and hassle for us. She was efficient got things done and did a wonderful job and if I needed an agent again I would definitely use her.

Starcha was listing agent on home my son purchased with help from us(parents). She was helpful throughout the process which was not to straight forward with all the moving parts. Closed in time, and she went above and buttoned up a few loose ends after close as well. Highly recommend

Our home sale came up quick, our 2 year plan evolved into a 2 day plan. We contacted Starcha, she came out right away and set up an open house, just days later. She confronted any issues we had with professionalism, and listened to our concerns and our desired path-forward. She did the needed researching to ensure the sale was going to go smoothly. I’m a first time home buyer and was recommended Starcha by a friend of mine who she also helped get into her first home. Starcha made the process simple and less stressful by staying in touch and answering any questions I had during the whole process. Starcha was very informative during showings which was a huge help to me and even had a team to help set up things like utilities, change of address. and things like that during the closing process. I would highly recommend anyone who finds buying a home to be a stressful or nerve wrecking experience to use Starcha just because she made the process feel simple and easy every step of the way.

Wow!! Starcha is truly a super star! She helped my family sell my parents house and was ALWAYS available and met with us on super short notice and had the house sold at asking price in 6 days! We had the house listed with another agent for 6 months prior with no luck. I would never use another agent in this area!!!

Starcha did a great job on helping us with purchase of our new home. She even met up later in the evening to accommodate our work schedules and in snow storms! All we had to do was giver her some criteria on what we were looking for and she did the rest!

This was my second investment property and at the height of the market, I was uncertain on what to offer and how to go about it.
