I had a very difficult situation with my house, and the paperwork was a mess and it took a little bit for closing, but she was patience and was right there anytime I had any questions. She was very punctual with getting paperwork done in contacting the mortgage company and we were in contact at all times, she will go above and beyond for anybody even the most complicated situation she kept me calm and patient through it and I think she did an excellent job! She is an angel, and I would definitely do business with her again and this was my first experience ever selling a house. So I didnÕt know anything about selling a house and she listened to the situation that I was in. She is very caring about Your situation also not just a sale of a house. SheÕs good at what she does will help you with anything that you need help with even after!

She took care of problems like it was her own property. We would’ve been in deep Doodoo without the help that we got from Starcha. We don’t live in the area so when problems popped up, she handled them for us which was awesome and saved a lot of driving and hassle for us. She was efficient got things done and did a wonderful job and if I needed an agent again I would definitely use her.

Starcha was listing agent on home my son purchased with help from us(parents). She was helpful throughout the process which was not to straight forward with all the moving parts. Closed in time, and she went above and buttoned up a few loose ends after close as well. Highly recommend

Our home sale came up quick, our 2 year plan evolved into a 2 day plan. We contacted Starcha, she came out right away and set up an open house, just days later.
