Catelin was amazing. She was very reassuring early on to make me feel comfortable with the process. When it came to looking at different options, Catelin was so helpful and patient, answering the big and even the little questions I had along the way, and she made herself available on short notice to show places and communicate through phone or email. This was the second time I’d bought a home so I thought I wouldn’t need as much help as before; but Catelin showed just how valuable an agent can be, even for an experienced buyer.
