Well, when we made up my mind to move to the villages we decided to do some open houses. I’d just like to give Charla and Vicki a quick review. I’m a single male 66 years and I decided to relocate to the villages. A couple of Canadians friends suggested I use Carla and Vicki and I must say I was not disappointed.
Charla and Vickie made the purchase of my new home enjoyable and trouble free.
They are extremely responsive, very pleasant to work with, and very knowledgeable about the Villages
Charla and Vicki are the only team to use in the Villages.

Our mission was to get a good offer on our home, have buyer purchase furniture and golf cart, and allow us to remain in the house 5 months after closing. Charla and Vickie provided a very good marketing video and all these requests were completed after five days on the market. The ladies helped with the final negotiation to complete the purchase and were available for all the details required before the closing. We would definitely use the First Choice Team again.....they are the best!

Vicky and Charla are a professional time conscious team. The initial listing tour was informative and very pro active. The house came on the market on a Wednesday, had at least 5 open houses and within 9 days we had an accepted offer with no contingencies. We were out of state, so full of questions, and needing to close remotely, and were thrilled at the instant response from both realtors. They handled all the details and led us through the process without a glitch. While we were not in Florida, our neighbors were letting us know about the constant activity at our house. We are very very pleased with both Vicky and Charla and when we sell again, we will definitely use and recommend this very effective team.

That is how much we recommend Vickie, Charla & their teams. We are out of state and they made the process of buying our Florida home flawless from all the inspections to the closing. They answered all our emails/texts at all hours and we trusted them to the fullest. They are knowledgeable and professional and truly know the realty business inside and out. Not a minute would go by that they wouldn't answer a question or return a call. They even went out of their way to find the previous owners landscaper and provided their business card. Oh, and not to mention after the closing Vickie went back to the house to sweep up from the previous owners realtor staging company and while there noticed that the pool was getting cloudy from all the rain and let us know to call the pool service. Can't wait to give them a call when we finally get down there permanently. We want to thank them in person.

Do not hesitate or think twice. This is the only Realtor you need.

What an awesome team! Everyone was very professional and responsive. We met directly with Vickie and she was extremely personable and gracious. Her knowledge of the market is deep and broad. She has terrific resources and pulled together her team to help us in each way needed. Within 72 hours of meeting us, she had the home staged, photographed (including drone videos) and listed. They were candid about what we needed to do to receive maximum value of our property. Then they provided resources and solutions and were involved in making sure we were on the right track. Once on the market, they worked tirelessly with marketing and open houses and after 30 days we sold our property at the price they predicted during our preliminary meetings.
