Buying our home was smooth with Ed. Anytime we needed something or asked a question he was on top of it. Very easy to contact and get a hold of. At some point our lender made things tough on us and the purchase but Ed stepped in and helped us out found us a lender he uses and everything went smooth and worked out great. We actually saved with the lender Ed recommended. This isn’t our first home purchase or property invest as we have quite few but from all the agents I’ve used Ed has been by far the best.
Ed helped us find the home that we have been dreaming of buying for years. With the addition of our son to our little family, we didn’t feel as though our current home was the right fit for us anymore. After one conversation with Ed he was able to direct us to a few different homes that matched what we were looking for exactly. After only a month or so we matched with the perfect home.
His communication was on point, and when we did our final walk through, the seller’s agent expressed what a pleasure he was to work with. And I believe her. Because we felt the same.

Ed is a very friendly, professional and knowledgeable agent. He set realistic expectations and provided professional advice that was extremely useful given the turbulent market sellers now find themselves in.
