We purchased an investment house through Kerri and her team member Sarah in 2019. The two of them did such a great job communicating and representing us that we chose them to sell the house in 2022. Once again, we appreciated how timely and responsive they always were throughout the whole process and how well they know what to look for in buy/sell contracts and the other transaction documents. It also makes a difference to us that they are both just really nice people to work with! We highly recommend them to assist either buyers or sellers.

If you are going to buy/sell a house on the Western Slope of Colorado, Kerri and her team should be your first call. The professionalism and care with which she handles her customers is unrivaled, treating you like family from the first second you meet her. We love our Kerri...she always goes that extra mile...nothing is too difficult for her...even though our requests may be time consuming...she always does it with a smile on her face. She helped us with a commercial property we bought several years ago...she did investigative work and went to bat for us...success was the answer.
