Kate Carey was amazing from start to finish. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us how the process was going to work. She priced our house brilliantly and because of that we accepted an offer over asking price. She kept us updated while our house was pending and often checked in to see how we were doing. The closing was a breeze because of her organization and follow through. I would recommend Kate Carey to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

I wouldn't want to go through the home buying experience with anyone other than Kate! No other agent I've come across in the past few years instilled the same confidence that she does throughout the home- buying process. She was always attentive to our requests and never kept us out of the loop when there was new information. If we had a question or a concern, we could rest easy knowing she was on it. My only regret is that I didn't hear about her sooner!
