It was great working with Miciah as a buyers agent on the purchase of our first home. The whole team was incredibly responsive to all of our questions throughout the process and always made sure to get back to us quickly. They sent very clear instructions and made sure we understood the process and all the steps in between. They were always positive and easy to talk to, making you feel welcome right away! Jessamy was so supportive and helpful to me through the dying process my mother went through and I had to stay in Montrose with my dog. She allowed me to stay in her VRBO for as long as I needed it. She was also very knowledgeable and efficient through the process of cleaning out and updating my parents home of 30 years to make it show well and sell fast. She knew all the professionals to call in for specific jobs and made all those arrangements for me and then through the "Under Contract" period and closing. The Dream Team each had their part and were very efficient, communicated well with me and answered my endless questions.

Absolutely a pleasure to work with The Dream Team! Kerri and Sarah have built a knowledgeable team, helping their clients through every step of the buying/selling process. I was worried about the recent sale of my home in this ever changing market, but Kerri and Sarah had our home under contract in a few days, attending to every detail in the next few weeks. It was very much a "hands off" experience, which I absolutely appreciated as I was states away at the time of sale. They took care of everything, quickly finding a solution to an apparent water leak found in the bathroom the day of closing. Thankfully, their quick action allowed us to close on time and we did not have to lift a finger.
