Traci came highly recommended to me by a mutual friend of mine as a realtor. As a first-time home buyer it was important to me to have someone who looked like me to represent me in finding my perfect home. I like that Traci was very knowledgeable about the areas that we chose to look at houses in because I am from a small town over 60 miles away with very limited knowledge of the neighborhoods. Her expertise in not only the houses but also knowledge about the cities that we went to house showings in really helped me to make a great final decision on my house. We started the process over 3 months ago and I like that she was very kind and patient with me during the process because it was a lot of times that I was indecisive about things. There were even times that I told her I wanted to give up due to moments of frustration with the process but she always gave me words of encouragement and the motivation I needed to keep looking. With her help, I was able to find the perfect house for me and I'm excited to now move into my first new home and be a homeowner! I'd definitely choose her as my realtor again when purchasing or selling more property in the future.

If I had to purchase any type property, I'd use Traci every time. I reached out to her and expressed my desires to purchase a home spacious enough for me t raise my daughter and care for my Grandmother. LaTraci is an amazing realtor! She exceeded my expectations. She was very patient, determined, and informative during my entire home buying process. The first day I met Traci and told her of my horror story of trying to buy my forever home, she listened and got to work immediately. She stayed in contact with me weekly. She had no problem driving from Conway to Little Rock to show me properties that I thought I was in love with. I lost a few battles but she kept me encouraged. Mrs. LaTraci was a dream to work with! She made it easy for us (my husband and I) to schedule viewings and was readily available within a day or two notice!
