From the beginning April was straight forward and acted quickly with finding exactly what we were looking in an house. Traci is wonderful!!! It felt so weird leaving her after closing, working with Traci was like we known each other forever. She goes above and beyond for her clients that extra mile!!! She was patient with me and I can trust her opinion because she has so much knowledge.
I met Clarissa at an open house and her warm personality just won me over. My realestate agent had kept in contact with me and I decided to give her a call when I wanted to see the home again and she set up an appointment very quick. From that point on she became my realtor. She was very patient with us and really took the time to get a good feel of what we were looking for. Just a few short weeks later we closed on our new home! I woud recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. She was GREAT!

I give infinity stars to Traci. No other realtor could have done what she has for me. Traci has been kind and patient since the beginning. April did a great job in being available during the whole process.She is willing to meet in or outside of office and around your schedule. She will also meet with you when you decide to go look at the houses and show you the house. Traci came highly recommended to me by a mutual friend of mine as a realtor. As a first-time home buyer it was important to me to have someone who looked like me to represent me in finding my perfect home. I like that Traci was very knowledgeable about the areas that we chose to look at houses in because I am from a small town over 60 miles away with very limited knowledge of the neighborhoods. Her expertise in not only the houses but also knowledge about the cities that we went to house showings in really helped me to make a great final decision on my house. We started the process over 3 months ago and I like that she was very kind and patient with me during the process because it was a lot of times that I was indecisive about things. There were even times that I told her I wanted to give up due to moments of frustration with the process but she always gave me words of encouragement and the motivation I needed to keep looking. With her help, I was able to find the perfect house for me and I'm excited to now move into my first new home and be a homeowner! I'd definitely choose her as my realtor again when purchasing or selling more property in the future.

If I had to purchase any type property, I'd use Traci every time. I reached out to her and expressed my desires to purchase a home spacious enough for me t raise my daughter and care for my Grandmother. In my home buying process, I learned firsthand the importance of having a realtor who is not just selling a house, but has a desire that her client reaches their dream of home ownership. She literally wants for you what you want for you. There was not a time in the process that she allowed what we faced to deter her from "the end goal". While my Grandmother did not get to witness my dream for us on this side, I know that she'd be equally as happy about the outcome. I can now raise my daughter comfortably in our new home, thanks to Traci!
