If I had to purchase any type property, I'd use Traci every time. I reached out to her and expressed my desires to purchase a home spacious enough for me t raise my daughter and care for my Grandmother. In my home buying process, I learned firsthand the importance of having a realtor who is not just selling a house, but has a desire that her client reaches their dream of home ownership. She literally wants for you what you want for you. There was not a time in the process that she allowed what we faced to deter her from "the end goal". While my Grandmother did not get to witness my dream for us on this side, I know that she'd be equally as happy about the outcome. I can now raise my daughter comfortably in our new home, thanks to Traci!

LaTraci is an amazing realtor! She exceeded my expectations. She was very patient, determined, and informative during my entire home buying process. Although it felt like I would never find my dream home, she sent me listings daily and was very nice during the process (even though I was a slightly picky and difficult client). She answered all of my questions in a timely manner & was able to assist me in closing on my new home in record time. I would definitely recommend her!

She explained the process in great detail and was available to assist me with any question or concern I had. The first day I met Traci and told her of my horror story of trying to buy my forever home, she listened and got to work immediately. She stayed in contact with me weekly. She had no problem driving from Conway to Little Rock to show me properties that I thought I was in love with. I lost a few battles but she kept me encouraged. She was always positive throughout this whole process. Always a smile on her face to that reminded me I had the right realtor. Ww finally found my forever home and I can honestly say that without her fighting for me I would have given up. I appreciate her tenacity and willingness to go all the way for me and with me.

Mrs. LaTraci was a dream to work with! She made it easy for us (my husband and I) to schedule viewings and was readily available within a day or two notice! She was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any and all questions which was very helpful as we are first time homebuyers. She kept us updated on new listings as they came which was a blessing with how quickly houses are going in our area. Would definitely recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home in Central Arkansas!

Princess of Quite A Lot
I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with LaTraci Eggerson-Spotwood and came to know her as an asset to me and my family. Traci is honest. Dependable and incredibly hardworking. She would show me a house in Little Rock at 3 o’clock and then drive all the way our toward Greenbrier for a 4 o’clock showing.
Along with her talent, her knowledge and experience in realty was a huge advantage to us. She was an absolute joy. She is a true team player, and always managed to foster positivity and bring the best out of us.
