My husband and I are incredibly happy and appreciative of our realtor, Daniela Horstman!!! We were moving from MS to MO so the process of selling and buying in completely different states is SUCH a hassle as other military families can attest, I’m sure. But as stressed and anxious as I was, it was minimal compared to what it would’ve been without her!!! With both my husband and I and 3 kids and too many animals, we had quite a few requirements for our new home and with both my husband and I working and having 3 kids and too many animals, time to look was limited and tough to work around. So when I say Ela had her hands full with our family, I mean it! But she made it work. We planned a trip to look for a few days in a row prior to moving and then did a few video walkthroughs. We finally found the one and she made it seamlessly easy! Even when we had issues with the buyers for MS home causing us to have to push our MO home a bit, she was SO accommodating and reassuring!!! Daniela is not a realtor, she is a magician! We sold two houses to move across the country. She had one sold before we even listed. The other house did not stay on the market very long. Daniela always knew who to call for anything, whether a contractor or a realtor at our new state. Ela was great! She was willing to work with our schedule which could be pretty sporadic. Ela is very knowledgable with all of the local areas and businesses in the community, especially when it comes to recommendations for fixing any issues that a particular house could have had.
