Let me start with the purchase of our home. My wife and I bought our home in 2018, and Maryanne helped us with the purchase. Everything went smoothly, and she was very helpful throughout the whole process. When we decided to sell our home in 2026, we knew that we wanted Maryanne to help us with the sale. We were under contract even before the home was fully listed! She looked out for the house when we moved, arranged for the minor repairs after the inspection, and also had the lawn mowed prior to the walk-through. My husband and I are incredibly happy and appreciative of our realtor, Daniela Horstman!!! We were moving from MS to MO so the process of selling and buying in completely different states is SUCH a hassle as other military families can attest, I’m sure. But as stressed and anxious as I was, it was minimal compared to what it would’ve been without her!!! With both my husband and I and 3 kids and too many animals, we had quite a few requirements for our new home and with both my husband and I working and having 3 kids and too many animals, time to look was limited and tough to work around. Lisa and her team have sold and bought houses for us twice. Both times were seamless and stress free. On her birthday this past year she drove out to our house (30 minutes away) to give us a stove part we needed for our listed house. Only down side is this last home is our forever home so we won’t need her anymore! But will recommend her to all our family and friends.

It took us a year to find our home, and Everlasting’s patience was remarkable throughout the process. She never stopped searching for a property that met our specific needs. When a contract we entered in early 2025 fell through due to the home's condition, she continued to support us despite the challenges of distance and time as we traveled from Virginia to find our retirement home in St. Robert, Missouri.
