My parents and I lived on the same land. Separate homes. They decided to be snowbirds for a year and loved it so much they made the hardest decision they ever had to make and that was to move to FL and sell the property my siblings and I grew up in for 40 plus years, and one they worked so hard for. It might not have been much to some but to us, it was our comfort. When it was time to make that final decision, I knew exactly who I wanted to be our realtor. I wanted someone who I could trust, someone who was honest, and someone who kept my parents and myself informed, (I’m out of state as well) and who would make the process as stress free as possible for my parents. Working with Heather Bassett was a breeze! She gave us advice and set up numbers so we can visually see what she was explaining over video. Every question we had, she explained it so we could understand it. We had no worries and had all the faith in her. She was very understanding as we had a hard time letting go of our home but I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to help us through this process. Thank you Heather for your hard work and patience with us and making it easy with us living out of state.

OMGOODNESS where do I begin? These people are AMAZING!! Heather Bassett not only sold our house in 4 days for full asking price but also helped me in closing on our house in another state.
