Lisa and her team have sold and bought houses for us twice. Both times were seamless and stress free. On her birthday this past year she drove out to our house (30 minutes away) to give us a stove part we needed for our listed house. My parents and I lived on the same land. Separate homes. They decided to be snowbirds for a year and loved it so much they made the hardest decision they ever had to make and that was to move to FL and sell the property my siblings and I grew up in for 40 plus years, and one they worked so hard for. It might not have been much to some but to us, it was our comfort. When it was time to make that final decision, I knew exactly who I wanted to be our realtor. I wanted someone who I could trust, someone who was honest, and someone who kept my parents and myself informed, (I’m out of state as well) and who would make the process as stress free as possible for my parents.
