Working with Colin was a wonderful experience.
He was friendly and knowledgeable and his connections made this process as easy as possible for us as first time home buyers. Colin was able to refer us to both an amazing lender and a home inspector that we used twice during this process.
In the beginning we honestly didn't know what we wanted in terms of a home and were unsure or the price point we should've been looking in. We began our journey looking at new constructions in subdivisios. This later changed to us wanting to build our own home on multiple acres and so Colin helped us look for land. After a short break from looking for homes we regrouped with a new found drive due to a new baby on the way we need.
Colin was so kind and patient amidst our indecisiveness and adapted to all of our different request. Despite looking for a home when interest rates were high and not much was on the market, Colin persevered and in April of 2024 we were able to find our family home. In a great neighborhood with lots of children in our kids' age groups. Since then we've had a baby shower, barbecues, boils, hosted family, and have welcomed a little girl. We were able to spend the first January in our home with snow.
We couldn't have navigationed this process without Colin and appreciated his hard work and sticking with us until we found a home we loved.
