There are not enough words to describe how amazing Tiffany Pierce is. We started our process for looking for a home a year ago, we were not ready to buy immediately and she never pushed one time. She helped us a long the way, answered all of our questions, showed us multiple houses, and never pressured us. She was attentive, kind, respectful, timely, and always advocated and had our best interest in mind. Tiffany updated us constantly and ensured all of our questions were met with clear answers. A Super Agent. We were working with a company in the purchase of our new home and they recommended David. That was a tremendous piece of advice. He called and arranged a time for us to talk. He led us through the purchase process and negotiated a price and terms we thought were great. Anytime we had a questions - and there were many - he had the correct answer waiting for us. Although we were in a different city, several hours distant, he always answered our questions within hours of asking. He did a fantastic job for us. You can't do better than David.

She was knowledgeable of the process, requirements, and area we were searching. She provided homes for us to look at prior to viewing. She was understanding and helped us sell a home we had lived in for 45 years. I was so grateful to have her help us through a buying and selling process that happened in a very timely manner. If she needed to find something out she did so in a timely manner. She was always available by phone or text. She prepared us and was always proactive, telling us what we needed to do and how to prepare. If I asked for her recommendation she was honest and sincere in helping us make decisions through the process. She worked very hard and helped us every step of the way.
