He led us through the purchase process and negotiated a price and terms we thought were great. Anytime we had a questions - and there were many - he had the correct answer waiting for us. Although we were in a different city, several hours distant, he always answered our questions within hours of asking. He did a fantastic job for us. You can't do better than David.
