Paula and her team were amazing! We were on a tight timeline around the holidays to meet a new job start date while working with VA, she got it done beyond expectations getting us in our dream home. She really knew the area and listened to what we wanted, she provided extra details including house information packets and real life consideration points during house hunting, but she also gave us space when my husband and I needed to discuss. After we picked the house she was on top of every detail and keeping us informed at all times. We were impressed with how she handled challenges with so much investment it was like it was her house. We got in our house quickly and smoothly thanks to her and her team. Unexpected bonus was at closing she also gave us our first house warming present, it was perfect and further showed how well she had paid attention to all the details of what our home meant to us. I've bought and sold a couple houses and Paula by far was the best realtor we've ever worked with. She went above and beyond communicating with us every step of the way. She was available 24/7 for us and answered all our questions no matter how crazy or silly they were. The sale of our house was not easy by any means, and she went out of her way to make it all happen. The research that was done on some of the requirements was crazy and she somehow found out what documents were needed and supplied them to the buyer's realtor. We truly enjoyed working with Paula and will use her again and will definitely refer her to anyone we know who is interested in either buying or wanting to sell their home.

This was the second time I had the pleasure of working with Paula. She is highly professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive. I helping my Mom find a house and Paula's skills in relationships and understanding needs of all involved truly helped get us to the house we both loved - and in a very reasonable amount of time. You can't go wrong with Paula and her team. We were highly satisfied and will work with her again anytime we are looking for something in the KC area. She also made very quick work of selling my Mom's house for more than what we thought we could necessarily get for it and made that process very simple - light lifting on our end for sure. We bounced from one price to another and locked at all types of homes. It was getting frustrating! With my wife being out of state and me here looking for a home it was a true task for sure. Austin, was soooo helpful and patient with our wavering back and forth and Paula was very helpful in finding homes we may want to look at and information for us. Paula and Austin went way above to make sure that we had the proper information and even gave us advice on what to look out for during the process of our loan. I would and will highly recommend them if you are looking for a home. We are not easy people to work with but she made it feel easy.
