A person of any age should have the good fortune to have a Realtor like Lisa Angelicola. We resided in our home for decades and built wonderful memories, yet we knew it was now time to move on. From the time we met Lisa to the final closing everything was handled perfectly. We had an inexperienced buyer that made the process at times difficult but Lisa managed all the issues and we closed on time with a very fair price in the end.

Lisa was extremely helpful in all aspects of our preparation and selling of my late brother's house. Brother had died unexpectedly and had been out of the country for more time than he expected, and his house was a mess and in poor condition. Lisa helped us find the people we needed at the different stages of clean-out and brought the sale to fruition. She is friendly, personable, hard-working, and nice person.

Lisa was a lucky find for me early in the process of re-locating from Bergen Co. She quickly assessed my needs and desires, and helped me to navigate through an extreme sellers market with little housing stock in my price range. She introduced me to a good mortgage broker and lawyer who took over after the bid was accepted. When the appraisal came in lower than the purchase price, she helped to negotiate a lower price, and kept the deal alive. She also lives in the area, and has been helpful in identifying local services and vendors that are vetted. I would recommend her without reservation!
