Kp was referred to us through a mutual friend and we now owe that friend as well as KP. He was able to find our dream home as well as make it a reality for us. There were as always struggles with underwriters and home inspections but he was able to navigate this for us making it as painless as buying a house could possibly be. His attention to detail saved us thousands and has made us his forever cheering section. His only concern throughout the entire process was making sure that we were ok , that our money would be well invested and that our child grew up in a good area. I could go on for days about all the headaches he handled for us so that we didn't have to but it all comes to this , I wish I had enough capitol to buy a house with this gentleman every month . If you wish to use a realtor who feels and acts a learned friend then this is whom you should choose. I will refer everyone I possibly can to this amazing man and I hope to one day hear that he is the most successful realtor on the east coast.
