KP was tasked with showing us homes via video as we were in Florida trying to purchase in Tennessee. KP earned our trust by showing 12 to 15 homes ,three of which we tendered offers on only for them to be grabbed by others. Through the entire process, he remained patient and willing to forge ahead until we found and purchased. I would so recommend KP for his knowledge of the area and his consistently professional attitude and friendly demeanor to friends and family. I just want to say how wonderful it has been to have Tammy helping us every step of the way. Not only did she help us sell our old house but she helped as well as buying our current dream home 5 years ago. Working with Hayden on our recent home purchase was such a fantastic experience. He handled everything with such professionalism and expertise, really helping us navigate the purchase process from start to finish.

I don't know how we would have managed through the inspection process and getting detailed quotes for the work needed on the house if not for Hayden's help and coordination.
I can't recommend Hayden highly enough. He made a very challenging process feel simple and accessible every step of the way, and we're so grateful that we were able to work with him to buy our forever home!

As a first time homebuyer Tammy was wonderful helping in everything, good advice, explaining the process, answering all my questions (even at 10PM).
