We can't recommend Amelia highly enough. From the first, we knew she was the right fit for us but we were blown away by her expertise, her professionalism, her attention to detail and her innate kindness and compassion. She treats all her clients like they are family and makes you feel like you are her only client. She worked tirelessly - and I mean tirelessly, to find us the perfect property. When we changed horses midstream to look for a completely different type of property Amelia didn't even blink. She had listened intently through all our conversations about what we liked, didn't like, wanted, didn't want, and found the perfect place for us to call home. We've bought and sold many properties but have never had the experience like we had with Amelia. I have been through the real estate process a few times, and I can say that she is, by far, the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Amelia is kind, thorough, and was always prompt in getting back to me when I had questions. She went above and beyond to help us find a great lender, and other vendors for the appraisal, inspection, etc. The day of closing, we had a huge hiccup, and she brought us through it like a champ, even showing up at our old house to help us pack and load our moving truck. I cannot say enough good things about Amelia. We have become like family through the whole thing, and I can confidently say you will not be disappointed with her or anyone from Next Home.
