I had the absolute pleasure of working with Amelia Nesseth, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From start to finish, she was attentive, responsive, and always went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. We never felt rushed when viewing listings—she gave us all the time we needed and was quick to answer every question, big or small.
What really stood out, though, was how enjoyable she made the experience. Buying a home can be stressful, but thanks to her, it was filled with laughter, fun, and genuine support every step of the way. She is not only an outstanding realtor but also a wonderful person to work with.
I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation, and while I hope I don’t have to move again anytime soon, I know exactly who I’ll call if I do!

She made herself available all hours of the day to answer any questions or concerns I had. She explained everything to me to make sure that I understood all of the details about the process. As a first time home buyer I was very grateful for that. Amelia will definitely be the agent I call for all my real estate needs. She didnt become just my agent. She became my friend.

If I could give Mrs. Nesseth 10 stars, I would. She was absolutely amazing! I have been through the real estate process a few times, and I can say that she is, by far, the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. Amelia is kind, thorough, and was always prompt in getting back to me when I had questions. She went above and beyond to help us find a great lender, and other vendors for the appraisal, inspection, etc. The day of closing, we had a huge hiccup, and she brought us through it like a champ, even showing up at our old house to help us pack and load our moving truck. I cannot say enough good things about Amelia. We have become like family through the whole thing, and I can confidently say you will not be disappointed with her or anyone from Next Home. They are a fantastic company. I highly recommend!!
