Sometimes you think a realtor is just a realtor... then, other times, you learn that your realtor is a super hero. Mary Presley is just that... a super hero. Not only did she help save our purchase that was hanging on by a thread, she negotiated away a requested "guaranteed" earnest deposit and if all that wasn't enough, she drove an inordinate amount of miles without hesitation to look at homes for us when we couldn't see them ourselves. We can't thank our super hero enough! We give her an 11 out of 10 and would recommend her 100% of the time.
