Todd was amazing! Buying a house can be one of the most stressful things you can do. I had just moved to the Nashville area and my sister is a very good relator in Florida and the only one I had ever known. I was not sure what to expect. I kept my home in Florida and this was my second home, which adds so many complexities in terms of financing and the mortgage. Todd was so patient and became a trusted advisor so quickly in the process. He was knowledgeable about the properties and the area, which is a must for someone new to the area.
