Our move from Florida to Tennessee was a complete Murphy’s Law experience. The builder delayed closing twice at the last minute, the lender somehow screwed up the closing documents on our third attempt to close, and it seemed like every step came with another headache.
Through it all, Thomas was the anchor that held everything together. He had the patience of Job dealing with what can only be described as incompetence from everyone else involved. Like you’d expect from a steely Army Warrant Officer, he was the definition of a “Quiet Professional.” He never got rattled, never added to the chaos, and just kept pushing everything forward until we finally got to the finish line.
If you want a realtor who’s going to have your back when things go sideways, Thomas is your guy. He has my highest recommendation, and we’re already working with him again on our land purchase.
