We started looking a year ago for a house in Salem. And Marianne showed us several houses and set up a email alert whenever a house met our specifications. But then I decided I wasn’t ready to buy and stop our search.

We kept looking at those emails and finally I was ready to buy. She was amazing at getting us any and all information we requested. She worked around our work and travel schedule. She was able to point out the positives we didn’t always see and let us know any items we should consider. In actually a very short time we found the house we wanted - in the area and price we had wanted. And she guided us through each step.

I heartily recommend Marianne for her professionalism, her knowledge of the area and her years of experience in real estate.

I only moved to Oregon and Salem less than two years ago and hadn’t bought a house in almost 20 years - Marianne’s expertise was invaluable to both my husband and myself.

During our last home sale I lost faith in tea estate people. I’m here to say Marianne restored all my faith. She was in contact with us whenever something needed done or if anything changed. Marianne McNally did a superb job as our realtor. She was thorough, professional, personable and kept in contact with us every step of the way. She made recommendations and suggestions based on experience and shared her thoughts with us then left it us to make the changes or not. We had several speedbumps to get over during the process of selling but she assisted us with everything we needed to know and do. Her communication skills are excellent, and she was able to explain things in a way that made sense. We look forward to working with Marianne in the future when we decide to make another real estate transaction.

Marianne is amazing. She truly listens to what you are looking for and goes from there. She'll work with you for however long it takes to find your home with no pressure. She provides honest opinions and provide suggestions when asked. She treats you like you are her only client even though she's working many others at the same time. I highly recommend her.

When we decided to sell our house, we knew having an experienced and competent realtor was paramount. As an avid watcher of real estate (Zillow & realtor.com), I was aware there were realtors who didn't seem to put in the effort to market a home and those who did. I started collecting names of those who not only took professional grade photographs (absolutely despise agents who take cell phone photos and call it good) but also those who wrote enticing descriptions with proper grammar. When we were ready to list our house, I sent "interview" emails to six realtors with pointed questions about the process and marketing. Marianne McNally was the first to respond, even writing very detailed responses to all of my questions without skirting around or omitting any questions -- at midnight, no less! After gathering five responses (one didn't bother responding), we decided on Marianne and we are very pleased we did.

From the initial interview and house tour, Marianne made the process of selling our house of 45 years smooth and successful. We were very pleased with the way her photographer showcased our house and the property description, and was gracious when we suggested a few changes. She was also well versed on real estate law and explained everything so that we understood all of the ramifications of the selling process. Despite the buyer's agent inattentiveness at times, everything went smoothly and we received an excellent offer and closed a few days before the initial date.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marianne to anyone looking to sell their home.

Marianne just finish a Sell/ Buy sequence for us. Her Price recommendation for our sale was spot, we got two offers on the day of listing. She led us thru the inspection s and solutions very well, her recommendations for resolution were excellent.

On the buy side, she did an excellent job getting into properties, and her recommended course thru the bidding process was terrific, we won!

She co-ordination of the closings worked great.

A great seasoned professional who should be considered when contemplating a real estate transaction.

Marianne is a great person to work with. It took us a very long time to find the perfect property and she stuck with us the entire time. Marriane was always supportive and very helpful. In the future when we are ready to sell, we will definitely ask her to help us.
