Leanna worked with us for 2 years to find the right house. At the beginning of our search, she took us on a tour of the neighborhoods and then matched our house needs with the right location. We were a fair distance from where we were house hunting so Leanna would preview and video potential properties and then share her candid thoughts and the video with us so we could decide whether it was worth it to view the property for ourselves. When we did make an offer, Leanna would structure the offer to give us the best chance of getting the house. She is an excellent communicator and was always quick to response.

From the start, Steve's communication and follow through were simply amazing. He returned calls and texts in real time. He made smart recommendations along the way that helped sell my house within a month of listing. It was a complicated sale and Steve was directly involved every step of the way and always had options for me to choose that were good for me. Also, he helped negotiate several counter offers that saved me allot of money. I can't say enough about how good he is. Trust me, you will feel the same if you pick him!

What an absolute delight it was working with Leanna on selling our home and finding a home in a different community. She made the entire process about us and did not pressure us to do anything we did not feel comfortable doing. She was calm when we were not, and reassuring when we were anxious and feeling insecure. Leanna has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. We have worked with her for over 10 years on 4 different transactions. Most recently we were relocating across the state, she was willing to stop by our home and let in the move out cleaners, and do a final walk through with video for us to see the job they had done. Not even 2 weeks before that she personally delivered the title officer to our home for signing because our youngest son was extremely sick, and we were unable to leave the house.
