Jessica was a pleasure to work with, from the first meeting to the signing of our closing papers. She did a great job of listening to what my partner and I were looking for and finding homes that suited those tastes. Though it took us a few months to find the current home we purchased, she was very patient and offered great advice during the viewings of prospective homes; her priority is that she finds a home for her clients that They want. Leanna worked with us for 2 years to find the right house. At the beginning of our search, she took us on a tour of the neighborhoods and then matched our house needs with the right location. We were a fair distance from where we were house hunting so Leanna would preview and video potential properties and then share her candid thoughts and the video with us so we could decide whether it was worth it to view the property for ourselves. When we did make an offer, Leanna would structure the offer to give us the best chance of getting the house. She is an excellent communicator and was always quick to response.
