Leanna worked with us for 2 years to find the right house. At the beginning of our search, she took us on a tour of the neighborhoods and then matched our house needs with the right location. We were a fair distance from where we were house hunting so Leanna would preview and video potential properties and then share her candid thoughts and the video with us so we could decide whether it was worth it to view the property for ourselves. When we did make an offer, Leanna would structure the offer to give us the best chance of getting the house. She is an excellent communicator and was always quick to response.

What an absolute delight it was working with Leanna on selling our home and finding a home in a different community. Leanna has gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. We have worked with her for over 10 years on 4 different transactions. Most recently we were relocating across the state, she was willing to stop by our home and let in the move out cleaners, and do a final walk through with video for us to see the job they had done. Not even 2 weeks before that she personally delivered the title officer to our home for signing because our youngest son was extremely sick, and we were unable to leave the house.
