Alan is one of the nicest people that I have ever met! When I would need any service done -he would talk to me like family. He would go above and beyond to provide high caliber customer care!
In my honest opinion, he sets the bar as the best customer service provider that I have ever had. He has a busy job, and we all are short on time, but he would take the time to talk with you and understand what you need. That is a rare-to-find character trait in people nowadays. I have no doubt that anyone would be experience the same if they have the opportunity to work with him!
