Rob did a great job gathering information on the property and surrounding area prior to us making an offer. Rob also helped us through the entire process from making an offer and counter offers and he was there through closing. Rob has great local knowledge and provided recommendations on contractors and has good knowledge of homes and structures in general. The whole process was smooth and Rob is very responsive.
