Katie is phenomenal at what she does. More than a realtor, she showed us kindness and compassion also. Her attention to detail in the sale of my mothers home was very comforting. We knew what was happening or going to happen every step of the way. Throughout the entire process nothing fazed her. Knowing your trade is one thing but she consistently went above the nuts and bolts of the sale. We knew what was going on daily and with a genuine concern for my mothers and my emotions as we proceeded through the preparation of the house and sale. Updates and messages were often done in person rather than an email or text. She would go out of her way to make sure we understood everything that was transpiring and never tried to rush our meetings. I cannot recommend her highly enough. We always enjoyed our visits and meetings. We were number one and the most important thing she was doing. I could have easily become an emotional wreck but I did not have to do any hard lifting, situations were explained and everything went so smoothly for us. Thank you, Katie!
