Katie took us on knowing we were first time home buyers with no experience.
She accompanied us with our lender and answered a thousand questions we has patiently. She expertly asked us pertinent questions, getting us to focus on our wants, desires and needs in a house... then took us out looking at homes and pointing out important (to us) observations to further our knowledge in home buying. She worked around our crazy schedule and kept our spirits up when the market looked slow.
When we found a home we adored, Katie went to work, networking, writing the perfect offer and finding the answer to all the questions we had. She recommended inspectors, helped us set up appointments (and met us for those as well), making sure all of our questing and concerns were answered.

From start to finish Katie was fantastic. As first time buyers she made the process smoother than we thought it could be. She gave us a lot of information at the beginning but broke it down step by step in a way that made the process go from looking like a daunting list of tasks to cross off to a walk in the park.

She was always positive and on top of where we were in the process on her side and with our lender. There were a couple places that were scooped up that we wanted causing us to drift into disheartened territory. But Katie was able to keep our eyes on the prize. With each house we didnt get the next one was that much better. Like they say "the third times the charm" the 3rd house we were dead set on we ended up closing on.
