He was able to hone in on what I was looking for…even when I felt unsure of what the end product would look like. I’ve never purchased an apartment before, and Nick was able to walk me through the process, step by step. When I expressed uncertainty, he brought up the very real fact that emotions will come into play during the process and he addressed my concerns with a quiet confidence that put me at ease. Nick went above and beyond to assist, guide and explain the process with kindness, patience and a deep understanding of all that is required in the purchasing process. I have personally had the pleasure to work with Nick and was blown away by his work ethic. Working in realty is a never ending job, but even so he is always responsive and timely about everything. He has an exceptional level of professionalism as well as being personable. I know it’s easy to become so focused on the business side that you forget the person you’re working with, but Nick made every encounter feel like a friendship. That speaks volumes.
