I have worked with a few realtors and Zach Hodson has by far been the most attentive, available, and dutiful. Zach helped my wife and I get our dream home on our terms. He helped us prepare a wonderful offer and knew exactly how to counter the other side at every turn. In the end, we got the house; we got seller credit; we got the repairs we wanted; and, we got a price that was $11,000 below the eventual appraisal. Through the entire process, Zach always kept us well informed and he worked to arrange a host of other providers: brokers, contractors, lawyers, etc. Buying a home is the biggest, most stressful purchase one can make, but Zach really eased the anxieties of our transaction and we could not be happier.

Highly recommend! As first time homebuyers, there was a lot going on that we had never experienced before and Zach helped slow it down and walk us through it.
He was very personable and knowledgeable at every level of the buying process. During the showing he had great insights and an eye for details that could have been easily missed. When it came time to negotiate over inspection items, Zach communicated to us and on our behalf effectively and helped find the best deal for us. Through the closing process, Zach always kept us up to date with what was happening and answered any questions we had promptly. He also got us in touch with numerous contractors that have all done exceptional work for a reasonable price.

Zach was an excellent realtor, he really went all out for me and worked his butt off to help me find my first house.
